How We Make It
Four Processes, Controlled In-House
Every stage of production runs inside our own facility — which is what allows us to answer technical questions directly, instead of relaying them.
Tube forming — coil slitting, roll forming, automatic TIG / plasma welding, online annealing and bright solution treatment.
Grooved fitting production — forging and casting, precision CNC machining and grooving to AWWA C606 and ISO 6182 dimensions.
Press fitting production — precision cold forming of thin-wall stainless fittings, automated O-ring seating, socket tolerance control.
Finishing & packing — pickling, passivation, polishing, marking, and container loading plans to reduce freight cost.
