Stainless Steel Press Fittings
DN15 – DN108 (1/2″ – 4″) · V & M profile · 200 / 500 psi
Press fittings are crimped onto ASTM A312 stainless steel pipe with a hand-held pressing tool, forming a permanent mechanical interlock — a completely flame-free joint. Sealing elements are factory-fitted; sizes 2½″–4″ include a 420 stainless grip ring plus a PBT spacer ring, with a built-in unpressed-leak indicator. Two systems are offered: 500 psi industrial / fire-protection grade and 200 psi building services / HVAC grade.

Selection notes
Applications: potable water (softened and demineralised, cooling, heating, recirculating), process chemicals (weak acids and alkalis, hydrocarbons, salt solutions, lubricating and cutting oils), and air and gases (compressed air, instrument air, nitrogen, vacuum, pneumatic conveying). Ball valve Series P569 (316 body, 400 psi) is available to complete the system.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between V-profile and M-profile press fittings?
V-profile is the widely used global standard with a V-shaped groove that gives a visible indication after pressing. M-profile uses a trapezoidal shape. We supply both and match the profile to your pressing tooling and local piping standard.
Which sealing materials do you use?
EPDM for potable water and compressed air, silicone for high temperature, and FKM / HNBR for oil, gas and aggressive media. The gasket material is marked on the fitting for traceability.
What sizes are available?
DN15 – DN108 (1/2″ – 4″) across couplings, elbows, tees, caps, unions, threaded adapters and flange adapters.
Do press fittings suit every pipe wall thickness?
Press fittings are engineered for a specific wall-thickness band. We confirm compatibility against your pipe schedule before shipment to avoid leaks and re-pressing on site.
Which system do I need — 500 psi or 200 psi?
The 500 psi system targets industrial and fire-protection service; the 200 psi system covers building potable water and HVAC. Tell us the medium, temperature and design code and we specify the right one.
